Moldtech supplies two molds for precast water channels of different dimensions to a customer in Guinea.
The mold for precast water channels is designed to manufacture non-prestressed precast concrete parts of the following dimensions: 800×800 and 1000×10000.
The mold for precast water is composed of:
- Leg anchor, which provides the seat of the mold to the floor or surface where it is to be installed.
- Noyo, the structure that serves as a base for the mold and which molds the inside of the troughs.
- Sides, lateral parts that contain the concrete in the transversal direction of the mold.
- Spacers, to be able to manufacture separate pieces.
- Closing points of the sides.
- Electric vibrators.
The molds manufactured by Moldtech are designed to ensure that the parts produced are accurate and consistent. In addition, the technology used in their manufacturing process not only improves accuracy, but also facilitates more efficient and economical production.
