Moldtech has supplied a new 3D mould for the production of one-piece prefabricated concrete transformer sheds to a client in Romania.
This equipment enables the monolithic casting of complete modules, including the bottom slab and side walls, streamlining both the manufacturing process and on-site installation. The mould is designed to produce sheds with variable dimensions ranging from 4.65–6.4 m in length and 2.45–2.95 m in width, adapting to different configurations as required by the project.
The mould was custom-designed in close collaboration with the client, in accordance with their technical specifications and production requirements.
