Moldtech has supplied an 11.8 x 3.5 metre tilting table to a new customer in Argentina, thus reaffirming its presence in the Latin American market.

This equipment has been designed for the production of non-prestressed precast concrete panels with a maximum length of 11.8 metres, a width of up to 3.5 metres and a variable thickness between 100 and 250 mm, allowing for great versatility in the manufacturing processes.

The table incorporates a pneumatic vibration system that optimises concrete compaction and improves the quality of the surface finish. Tilting is carried out by hydraulic cylinders, driven by a hydraulic power unit and controlled from a main control panel, ensuring precise and safe operation.

This project is a new example of Moldtech‘s commitment to the industrialisation of the sector and its ability to develop solutions tailored to the technical needs of each customer.
