In 2016, Moldtech moves to Gondemaria, municipality of Ouren, in the district of Santarém, Portugal. Here it supplies all the equipment necessary for the manufacture and production of prestressed beams and panels.
Equipment supplied:
- One casting bed of 110 m (360 ft) length with pre-stressing heads of 600 MT (1322 kips).
- One length adjustable mould for Delta beams of 30 m (98 ft), 24 m (78 ft), 20 m (66 ft) and 16 m (52 ft).
- One tilting table for precast concrete panels of 50×2.5 m (164ft x 8.2 ft).
