Moldtech, in 2017 returns to Portugal to supply a complete hydraulic moulds equipment for precast concrete with two moulding lines in parallel with the possibility of simultaneously producing two reinforced columns of different sections.
Equipment supplied:
- Two hydraulic moulds for the production of fifteen-metre-long multi-position pillars. The hydraulic equipment performs the function of opening and closing them automatically. They incorporate a pneumatic vibration system and are prepared for the manufacture of pillars between 40×40 cm and 70x70cm.
Another productivity improvement can be achieved by means of heating systems. For this purpose, a finned pipe system for the circulation of hot water or steam is integrated into the various mould elements.
