Molds for manufacturing New Jersey barriers and other kinds of barriers and parapets for vehicle containment. The design and manufacturing of the molds is completely adapted to the specifications and regulations required by the precaster.
The molds are often double-barrier casting to obtain precast barriers in reversed position either single-barrier casting to obtain the pieces in direct position.
The molds features an external vibration system for a better concrete compaction and rubber profiles in the doors and the transversal stoppers in order to prevent any leaks of concrete.
