The total system comprises of 6 zones, each of which has its specific task for carrying out the production process:

  • Zone 1: Cleaning zone / release agent / reinforcement

Once the mold arrives to this zone it is cleaned, and release agent is applied. The reinforcement and required front doors are placed. Now the mold is ready for movement to zone 2.

  • Zone 2: Waiting zone / Casting preparation zone

Pallets arriving to this zone are waiting to enter the pouring station.

  • Zone 3: Pouring station and vibration station

This zone has 2 vibrating and pouring stations.

The concrete supply takes place by automatic pouring bucket which travels directly to the nearby batching plant. There is one 2M3 capacity pouring bucket for each filling station.

Pallets entering this zone are first completed by hydraulically lowering the longitudinal sides and the rear doors. The rear doors are hydraulically positioned at the required length.

The longitudinal sides incorporate a neoprene layer in order to reduce noise level.

Then a thin layer of concrete is poured and vibrated by the vibrating platform located underneath the pallet.
