Prestressing equipment.
The hydraulic relaxation unit is designed to control the movement of detensioning cylinders and support sleeves through a lever distributor.
The relaxation unit incorporates threaded connection fittings and high-pressure hoses for the connection between the control unit and the cylinders.
The equipment is designed to be able to operate with oils. The ISO VG viscosity grade should be chosen based on the operating temperature of the system and the ambient temperature at startup or during operation.
The hydraulic relaxation units can vary in:
• Tank size: conditioned by the number and size of detensioning cylinders with which the unit will work.
• Number of levers: conditioned by the number of cylinders acted upon.
Each detensioning cylinder has a lever associated with it. For example, a hydraulic relaxation unit has 6 levers for 6 detensioning cylinders. Additionally, it may have more levers, because the prestressing head with which this unit works has a system of hydraulic support sleeves. The movement of these sleeves is controlled from the same relaxation unit.
Do not hesitate to contact us, our technical engineering department will be in charge of adapting the equipment to your needs.
