The supply includes 2 tilting tables of 12 m x 4 m with the electric vibration system and different metal magnetic shuttering systems and a system of magnetic frames for wooden formwork designed by Moldtech to form various dimensions of the panel. They are specially designed for the manufacture of prefabricated facade panels for large residential projects.
All the hydraulic systems are controlled by a hydraulic unit, which incorporates an electrical panel that allows all movements from a remote control.
The polishing of the contact plate of these tables ensures a perfect finish of the panel, which is the highest priority for the client.
