This table is designed to produce reinforced concrete panels, the dimensions of the machine are 35 metres long by 4.4 metres wide, with a variable thickness of panels between 150 and 300 mm.

This Moldtech tilting table is intended for the production of panels for industrial enclosures, perfect for large halls and factories. However, the equipment is versatile thus it can also be adapted to the manufacture of more detailed architectural panels if required. It’s like having a high-precision multi-purpose tool that, depending on how you set it up, can make anything from a robust, functional structure to a stylish architectural finishing.

Tilting tables for precast concrete are one of those innovations that have radically changed the way we build. If we think about how traditional construction used to be, it is like comparing the use of handmade moulds with mass production. In the past, construction required pouring concrete on site, waiting patiently for it to cure, and then repeating the process – a slow and error-prone cycle. With tilting tables, efficiency is the new king.

Advantages of tilting tables

At Moldtech, we’ve made the design perfect – imagine a large table where concrete is poured, perfectly levelled and finished so precisely that each piece looks like a work of art. The trick is its ability to tilt (hence ’tilting’), allowing the panel to be easily removed and moved effortlessly once it is cured. This not only saves time, but avoids defects, reduces waste and enables much faster mass production. It’s like going from cooking a dish by hand to using a food processor that does it all for you, in less time and with better presentation.

Progress in technology

In their early versions, tilting tables were simpler, but today they have evolved to be much more precise and versatile. Advances in materials, automated control and vibration technology have made it possible to improve the quality of the concrete, ensuring that each panel has a perfect, uniform finish. Instead of a rigid table, we are talking about true adjustable production centres, capable of manufacturing everything from walls to structural parts with total precision. In short, what was once a process full of uncertainties is now an efficient and almost perfect production line.

Our customer has expanded its production capacity with this second table and has once again placed its trust in Moldtech for this investment, which demonstrates its full confidence in our capabilities.

With each new development, Moldtech is redefining the future of construction.
