Moldtech, a renowned company specialized in design and manufacturing of the equipment for industrial precast factories, has begun the assembly of a complete factory in the Balkans, designed exclusively to satisfy the needs of its distinguished client.
Starting this customized project, Moldtech has begun the supply and assembly of two tilting tables, designed to optimize specific production processes. With dimensions of 14×4 meters, to produce precast concrete panels in various thicknesses for industrial constructions.
The tilting mechanism allows the panels to be easily removed in the vertical position with less time for the concrete to harden.
Panels for industrial construction are usually casted with a standard size and therefore a fixed lower side and a hinged upper side are used.
The scope of supply includes a complete range of molds and equipment for industrial precast plant, Moldtech’s experience in the design of industrial facilities seeks to maximize operational efficiency. From the layout of the space to the selection of equipment and systems, the aim is to achieve an optimized workflow that reduces production times and minimizes operating costs. The selection of equipment will include molds for box culverts, column mold, universal casting bed and side molds for different types of prestressed girders, staircase mold, concrete skips, among others.
The entire project including design, supply and assembly of the complete factory, is expected to be completed during the first term of 2024. This ambitious schedule highlights Moldtech’s efficiency and experience in executing highly complex custom projects.
