Moldtech has completed the installation and commissioning of a new facility in Poland, dedicated to the production of precast concrete panels for residential applications. This project responds to the growth of the industrialized construction market in Eastern Europe, where demand for efficient and optimized solutions continues to rise.
With this new implementation, Moldtech strengthens its presence in the European market, providing production solutions adapted to different levels of investment and production needs, while consistently maintaining the quality standards that characterize the company.
Technical solution: fixed tables for wall panel production
The installation consists of two (2) fixed tables designed for the production of non-prestressed precast concrete panels.
The system enables the production of units with:
Maximum length: 14 m
Maximum height: 4 m
Variable thickness: from 100 mm to 280 mm
Thickness adjustment is carried out through a manual mechanical system that allows regulation of the lower longitudinal band, ensuring the production of panels with precise geometry adapted to different construction requirements.
Each table is composed of:
Fixed frame anchored to the foundation
High-resistance fixed surface
The modules incorporate an adjustable lower longitudinal band, allowing the production of straight panels with varying thicknesses.

Pneumatic vibration system, improving concrete compaction and ensuring a high-quality surface finish
Integrated lateral thermal covers, prepared for future incorporation of heating systems to facilitate accelerated concrete curing
