Facilities
Facilities of more than 15.000 sqm, 8.000 sqm production and 1.5000 sqm CNC machines, located next to the A-92 highway between Seville and Malaga. A few minutes away from the port and the airport of Seville.
Material cutting
Moldtech has an area for storage and cutting of raw materials of more than 500 m², equipped with 3 CNC cutting machines of up to 20 m for the production of custom profiles and tubes for each project.
Welding and assembly area
The Moldtech facilities have two assembly lines of more than 100 m in length each, with more than 1,520 m² specifically destined for this purpose. A team of more than 25 expert and qualified welders, specialized in the manufacture of steel molds for precast concrete, works on this area.
Machining area
For the production of its own machined components, Moldtech has its own machining department, made up of a team of 15 people and equipped, among other machines, with two vertical CNC machining centers with 24-tool loaders each, two CNC milling machines with on bed of up to 3,500 kg and a CNC lathe for dimensions of up to 3 m in length and 450 mm in diameter.
Paintings and final processes
Three Moldtech specialist employees are in charge of carrying out the final finishing, painting and packaging work, for which Moldtech has an 80 m² drying chamber.
Shot blasting machine
The cabin has interior dimensions of 15x4x4 m which adapts to the dimensions of the vast majority of the parts produced in the workshop. Moldtech can design and produce its machines according to different corrosion protection specifications thanks to different preparation and coating methods.
