Moldtech supplies a client in Mexico with a prestressing casting bed composed of 1000TN stressing heads, universal casting bed, sides for delta beam and LTR sides for an industrial project.
The PRESTRESSING SYSTEM is made up of an active stressing head and a passive stressing head, located at the ends of a 100 m universal casting bed, and a set of delta beam sides, which give the shape to the element to be manufactured.
The equipment is designed to be able to work with cable tensioning and relaxation equipment with a maximum tensioning capacity of 1000 T.
The equipment is supplied with a central hydraulic unit and relaxation cylinders, and a pneumatic vibration system.
