Star Trading Impex S.R.L. is a Romanian company that has been active in the precast concrete business for 25 years. Since the opening of the Eastern European markets, the company has been consolidating its leading position on the domestic market. In order to expand its activities in the precast sector, Star Trading Impex S.R.L. contacted Moldtech to equip a complete factory for precast elements to be used in projects such as warehouses, car parks, shopping centres, etc.
Equipment supplied:
- 100 metre Universal Casting Bed Systems with 1000 TN tensioning heads.
- 100 metre Universal Casting Bed Systems 1300 TN tensioning heads.
- Mould sides for I-beams, delta beams, T-beams and L-beams
- Tilting table 24 x 4.0 metres.
- 72-metre hydraulic TT plate mould
- Double column mould of 36 metres and maximum pillar of 1.00 x 1.00.
- Single-span ladder moulding of universal adjustable type.
- Giraffe concrete transport and pouring machines
The combination of prefabrication know-how and local market information acquired by the Moldtech team was a key factor in determining the optimum delivery volume.
