Designed to manufacture concrete pipe terminations for water channels and access to underground galleries.
Moldtech designs and manufactures a new mould for asymmetric cone with diameters of 600 and 1000 mm, designed to manufacture precast concrete pieces for infrastructure work such as water channelling.
The mould for 600-1000 mm asymmetric cone consists of a fixed central core and mobile outer sides, assembled on a base that give shape to the piece to be manufactured.
This custom-made design responds to the specific needs of the client, guaranteeing high quality in the precast concrete pieces and optimizing the production process.
The equipment is supplied with pneumatic vibrators installed alternately on the mould frame. The vibration system generates the movement necessary for the concrete mixture to flow inside the mould, thus ensuring the best quality of the product surface.
