Prestressed wide slabs installation

The prestressed installation features:

1. Stressing heads attached to a fixed table.

The stressing heads are usually made up of two passive heads. The total pre-stress force capacity can be custom-built in accordance to the specific requirements of the client.

2. Fixed table.

The table width should take into account the maximum panel height and the length of the table depends on the daily production that the client wants to achieve.

3. Longitudinal formwork.

Normally there are several formwork modules of about 6 meters each, the length of the formwork may depend on the maximum length of the panels to be manufactured. The fixed longitudinal formworks are welded on the table, so they cannot be manipulated. The mobile longitudinal formworks are fixed using the bolt-wedge assembly.
