Mould for railway barrier

Moldtech designs and manufactures a new mould for precast L-shaped barriers for railway tracks. The mould simultaneously manufactures 4 non-prestressed concrete pieces of different dimensions. The mould is made up of four (4) exterior doors, a fixed central core and slats, which when assembled together give shape to the piece to be manufactured.

This custom design responds to the client’s specific needs, guaranteeing high quality in the precast concrete pieces and optimizing the production process. 

The equipment may include pneumatic or electric vibrators installed alternately in the mould frame. The vibration system generates the movement necessary for the concrete mixture to flow into the mould, thus ensuring the best quality of the product surface.
