Moldtech has supplied a simple column mould with a useful length of 40 metres, specifically designed for the production of large-format columns for industrial and logistics structures.
This equipment allows the manufacture of columns up to 40 metres in length, with variable bottom widths between 400 mm and 600 mm, and a maximum section height of 600 mm, reaching sections of up to 60 x 80 cm with a bottom of 80 cm.
The mould incorporates a versatile system that allows brackets to be installed on all four sides, facilitating great adaptability to the different structural requirements of each project.
In addition, the equipment has an integrated hydraulic power unit that automates the main operations:
- Opening and closing of the sides
- Lifting and lowering of the mould bottom
This hydraulic system not only reduces operating times, but also improves the safety of the moulding process, ensuring accurate, continuous production with high quality standards.
