Gage Brothers is a pioneer company in prefabricated concrete for construction and innovative architecture that since early 2018 bet for a new plant with a high degree of automation.

Present in the market since 1915, its main activity are industrial works, commercial buildings and high-rise residences. It is located northwest of Sioux Falls in the state of South Dakota and its area of action passes through nine states.

Moldtech designed and manufactured 3 tilting tables of 60 x 4 meters wide. In one of them, it incorporates a novel system of lateral adjustment, where 12 cylinders operate to be able to modify the width of panels hydraulically.

The tilting table is designed and built to manufacture prestressed concrete pieces as it incorporates a self-supporting system to make panels with prestressed steel.

Equipped with lateral bands adjustable in height it allows to form pieces with a thickness between 81 and 144 inches.

The tilting of the table and movement of the lateral bands are produced through the feeding of a hydraulic power station commanded from a fully automated maneuvering table.

Two prestressing lines of 72 meters have been delivered with the tables to make pre-stressed inverted T and L girders up to 750 TN. These lines work with an automated opening and closing system and have the possibility of quick change of measurements, all this to get a very effective equipment with a cost adjusted.

The process of installation, adjustment and commissioning of these machines is carried out entirely by a group of highly qualified installers so that the equipment is delivered to the customer fully prepared for its operation.
