Moldtech supplies prestressing system for stationary table used for half-slabs manufacturing as well as longitudinal formwork for this project.
The 110T PRESTRESSING SYSTEM are designed for the manufacture of prestressed concrete half-slabs. These are made up of two passive stressing heads that, together with the longitudinal formwork and the stationary table of 150 m x 2.4 m, allow the manufacturing of pieces 2.4 m wide and 254 mm thick.
The stressing heads installed into the 150 m x 2.4 m fixed table together with the longitudinal formworks supplied in this project make it possible to manufacture half-slab of 2.4 meters wide and 254 mm of thickness.
The molds produced by Moldtech are intended to ensure the precision and uniformity of the resulting parts. Likewise, the technology applied in the manufacturing process not only contributes to accuracy, but also enables more efficient and profitable production.
