Moldtech provides equipment for a precast factory for the construction of industrial buildings.
A typical factory may have the following moulds and equipment:
- Mould for precast foundation pockets. The precast pocket is a reinforced concrete element formed by a reinforcing cage inserted into concrete walls that function as formwork.
- Double hydraulic mould for the production of reinforced columns.
- Pit foundation prestressing system for manufacturing of prestressed girders includes a universal casting bed and prestressing heads. Side moulds for I beams, Delta beams and LTR beams.
- Self-reacting battery mould for prestressed T beams (or joist beams). It can have several production lines. Prestressing capacity normally up to 400 tons.
- Self-reacting mould for H-shaped beams for water channeling.
- Tilting table for production of industrial building enclosure panels.
If the industrial building has a mezzanine, a self-reacting mould for TT slabs would also be needed to form the slabs and a mould for staircases.
