The walls and surfaces of the molds, after filling and drying the concrete, must be cleaned before they can be used again. After removing the finished product and other auxiliary elements, the machine is used to clean tables and molds. Portal cleaning machine includes:
- Powered frame that provides the necessary support for the brushes and the suction system.
- Four types of brushes , each one is designed to clean different parts of the mold.
- Suction system , responsible for the suction of contaminants emitted by the brushes as they pass through the surface of the mold.
- Spray system responsible for spraying the release agent onto an already clean surface.
- Automatic cable reel for power supply cable.
- Hydraulic unit consisting of double pump electric motor, oil tank and control solenoid valves for vertical and horizontal adjustment of hydraulic cylinders, rollers and brushes.
