THE PERFECTION CONVERTED INTO AN EQUIPMENT

In 2017 Moldtech received an order that changed its history, 6 self-reacting hydraulic prestressing systems of 125 meters long each to produce bridge girders.

After successful completion of this project, in recent years there have been multiple similar projects that we have executed in different countries. Thus, acquiring experience that puts us at the forefront of technology and knowledge to be the best partner for your large infrastructure projects

Using this technology Moldtech has reinvented the way to produce bridge girders within tight time limits. Our system is made up of two key elements, robustness and its incredible ease of use, for which our engineers have developed solutions such as:

  • Opening and closing system with a single hydraulic cylinder, making maintenance minimal for casting bed lengths of up to 150 meters
  • Chains and sliding guides for smooth opening and closing movements at a speed and control that is unique in the market.
  • Platforms and security elements for the comfortable use of personnel
  • Fast system for modular sides with changes in height in a minimum time span
  • A hydraulic power unit that controls the entire system in the most advanced way on the market.

This system together with our self-reacting structures of up to 25,000 TN make the equipment portable and autonomous. Thus, producing precast element for infrastructure projects immediately on site reduces the logistics costs of large girders to zero.
